Welcome to the NPC Red Stick Classic Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Competition website.  In 2007, Red Stick Classic sponsored the first NPC Bodybuilding show held in Baton Rouge in over 19 years.  The last 3 years have been a huge success and we look forward to the 4th annual 2010 competition on Saturday, June 19th.  This year's competition should be the best yet.  Last year's show had over 70 competitors and a full house of attendees.  Your support and dedication has made it possible for the Red Stick Classic to become an annual event.  We hope to see you there this year.

2009 was the first year the Red Stick Classic had a Bikini division and a Men’s Policemen, Firemen and Armed Forces division.  Both were a huge success and we will have them again in 2010.

Congratulations to our Men’s Policemen, Firemen and Armed Forces winner Adam King, a fireman from St. Amant, LA. 

We will be adding a Women’s Masters Bikini division this year.  We will also have a short, medium and tall class in both Bikini and Figure.

Red Stick Classic wants to congratulate Kimberle Trowbridge, our 2009 Overall Figure Winner, on earning her I.F.B.B. Class A Figure Pro Card at the 2009 NPC Nationals in Miami. Kimberle's 1st show was the 2009 Red Stick Classic.

We want to congratulate our dear friend and 2007 & 2008 Red Stick Classic guest poser, Josh Bergeron, for all his accomplishments over the last few years.  After winning the NPC Louisiana Championships in 2006, Josh continued his dedication to dieting, training and competing.  His hard work has paid off landing him several photo shoots, 1^st place in the heavyweight division at the 2009 NPC Junior USA’s and the March 2010 Ironman Magazine cover. 

Josh will also be featured in 2010 Muscle Mag. 

We wish Josh the best of luck at the 2010 NPC Los Angeles Championships, NPC USA’s and the NPC North American Championships where he will competing in the heavyweight division with hopes of earning his I.F.B.B. pro card.
